Partners for Change is celebrating our second year in the Tri-Valley. We exist to help those in need achieve stability by addressing common root causes of poverty. In this 2017 annual report we will describe our holistic approach and our successes.

We’d like to acknowledge and thank the Livermore Valley Unified School District for its support of our program. We are more hopeful than ever that our program will reach more Tri-Valley residents as a result.
