2025 Growth and Gratitude
As we enter the final quarter of 2025, we are deeply grateful for the continued growth, resilience, and commitment of the Partners for Change Tri-Valley community of Sponsors, Volunteers, and Participants.
This year, we have experienced a 33% increase in Participants actively engaging in our programs. Through September, we have offered 76 classes across 57 unique topics and provided 282 casework sessions—each one representing a meaningful step toward stability, self-sufficiency, and hope. Every committed Participant reflects another family leaning into change and working to end the cycle of poverty. Their courage inspires us every day.
We are also honored to be supported by an incredible team of 35+ dedicated volunteers, who have collectively given more than 560 hours of their time, energy, and compassion. Their commitment continues to make meaningful life change possible for so many.
At Partners for Change, our focus remains on financial literacy, goal setting, and overall personal development—helping individuals not only imagine a better future but take practical, achievable steps toward it. This year’s milestones reflect that mission in action through securing stable housing, opening bank accounts, building financial confidence and stability, and achieving other meaningful life improvements. 80% of Participants have demonstrated growth in one or more areas such as improved housing, employment, transportation access, education, personal goal achievement, or financial empowerment. 77% of Participants have shown growth in personal areas, including improved relationships, self-responsibility, self-confidence, and better decision-making.
Each of these milestones tells a story of courage, perseverance, and transformation. Together, they represent what’s possible when people are equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and community support to build lasting self-sufficiency.
As we look ahead to 2026, we do so with deep gratitude and renewed determination. Meaningful life change doesn’t happen overnight—it happens step by step, goal by goal, and heart by heart.
To every volunteer, donor, and community partner who continues to walk alongside us—thank you. Your belief in the dignity and potential of every individual makes this work possible.Â
Together, we will keep empowering people to strengthen their financial foundations, pursue personal growth, and create the futures they envision.
With warmest regards,
Terri Molano,
