We want to raise $75,000 to fund ongoing operations and establish a strong foundation for future growth. Strengthening the foundation of this unique nonprofit in the Tri-Valley will enable us to build a long term, supportive environment for people transitioning out of poverty and into self-reliance.

Partners for Change 2017 Annual Report
Partners for Change is celebrating our second year in the Tri-Valley. We exist to help those in need achieve stability by addressing common root causes of poverty. In this 2017 annual report we will describe our holistic approach and our successes.
