Cohort Meetings: Weekly community-based sessions deliver education and resources, encouraging personal growth, supportive friendships, and community.
Mentorship Support: Community volunteers act as accountability coaches, supporting participants in meeting goals and achieving milestones.
Participation Support: Weekly access to childcare, meals, transportation vouchers, and community resources ease participants' logistical burdens.
